Pork(about 1.3kg) / Perilla Seeds Powder / Potatoes(about 300g)/ Spring onions & chillies / Broth / Perilla Leaves / Sauce(including Dried Radish Leaves)
How to make
먼저, 소스(무시래기 포함)를 먼저 냄비 바닥에 깔아주세요
Firstly, Put the pouch of sauce(including Dried Radish Leaves) in the pot
감자뼈를 소스 위에 올려주세요
Add the pouch of boiled Pork to the sauce in the pot
파와 고추를 넣어주세요
Add the pouch of chopped spring onions and chillies in the pot
감자를 냄비에 넣어주세요
Add the pouch of chopped potatoes in the pot
육수 부어서 재료들을 강불로 10분 정도 다같이 끓여주세요
Pour the broth and boil them for about 10 min in the pot
재료가 끓으면, 깻잎을 넣어주세요
After boiling, put the perilla leaves in the pot
마지막으로, 들깨가루를 넣고 다같이 약불로 3-5분정도 끓여주세요
Finally, pour the perilla leaves powder and simmer them for about 3-5 min in the pot
